Steady State: Warm-up

30 threshold minute row. looking to get the most meters in 30 minutes.

Duncan: I agree with your take on the workout. The thing I found was the need to break-up the monotony of the workout.

I tried using armbands, threading the wires through my clothing anything so I can add music to my workout. The one ting that seems to work is this neKFIT thing. These guys were at the indoor championships last year. The nekfit product stres the music on the shoulder behind the neck. Let's me got through the workouts a bit more enjoyable.
