Last practice before 2K performance piece on Friday.
Today’s warm up will be about mental and physical preparation before a race. Stay sharp and focused and have faith in the past work you have done.

Warm up

Practice 3 or 4 race starts (1/2, 1/2, 3/4, 3/4, full…), power 10, settle 10

3 minute rest

2 x 500 meters with 2 minutes rest
Start each piece with the race start we practiced and then settle in to your target 2k pace

5 minute rest

10 x 20 strokes on 20 strokes off — rate 30 to 34 with full power.

Cool down
