Warm-up

5 x 4 minute pieces, 2 minutes rest in between.

Pace 5k or better. Start at your 5k pace for the first one. Try to increase your pace all the way through to the 5th piece.

Rate 25-27, feel free to bring the rate up by the 4th and 5th pieces.

Cool down
