Fitness 2K

We want to have all participants reel off a 2K piece either wed or fri 4/18 or 4/20. If you are follwing this blog for your workouts and do not attend class then please be sure to be cross training on tues, thurs and sat.

We want everyone to be able to see their progress and doing a 2K will give you a good benchmark for next time and be the basis for training for the next cycle.
