lower than race pace beats but at race pace

1, 2, 4, 6, 4,2, 1 min on with 2min rest between each interval

First 4 intervals at 24 spm 5K pace

backside 4 at 26 spm 5k -2 pace

backside 2 & 1 min at 28 spm 2K pace
