Workout for Wednesday September 5, 2007

We will do sets of 2K’s at AT efforts. In helping expand our lungs and power, we will do medium interval pieces at 85% efforts.

(3) x 2,000 meters @ 85% with 4-5 minutes of rest between.

rates: 20 (+9), 22 (+6), 24(+3), 26 (5k pace)
